Buying land on Mars is rather straightforward. We have a list of properties for sale that you can review, or you might just want a
random lot to buy quickly
if you have no particular preference what your actual tract of land happens to look like. When you see something you like, you
can perform a PayPal transaction, or order via credit card. When your transaction is complete, you will own the deed to the property.
The deed will unambiguously demarcate the physical boundaries surrounding and including your property on the surface of Mars.
Some of you may be wondering if it is legal to own land on Mars. The answer is, yes. Mars is a physical place that exists. Mars is a
planet that is solid. Planets like Jupiter and Saturn are referred to as Gas Giants since they are NOT solid at all. They are basically
swirling masses of Hydrogen and Helium gas that are held together by their gravitational fields, with liquid metallic cores. In a sense, Jupiter and
Saturn are like "failed stars". If they had more mass and more gravity, they may have condensed enough to ignite the nuclear furnance and become suns.
But back to Mars, so to speak. Mars has land. Land can be owned. And a business that accurately tracks the plots of land associated with a
person's staked claim of the ownership of that land, such as a Title and Abstract company, is allowed to assist in the transactions associated
with the buying and selling of the land.
Some of you may be aware of things like the Outer Space Treaty of 1967 or the Moon Treaty of 1984. The first reaction of
those who remember these treaties is probably to cite some vague recollection of the moon and other planets not being able to be owned
by any of the world's governments. But... one of these treaties was never ratified and the other simply has no bearing on a business
entity that serves in the capacity of a Title Company that brokers services to those that wish to become land owners. Basically, the framers of
the treaties never thought to word them in such a way to prohibit people from buying land on other planets, or, indeed, the Moon.
