The minimum requirements you must have to participate in the Mars Title and Abstract Company as an agent are:
- Your own cell phone that will be used only for this job function. It can be a TrackPhone or any other prepay phone if need be, but whenever it rings,
you must answer it in a professional and businesslike manner. This rule is strictly enforced.
- You must have your own email address and a reliable internet connection.
- You must pass both a general written skills test, and a business accumen test.
- You should be friendly, personable on the phone, and enjoy communicating with others.
